調味:
檸檬汁1湯匙
鴨醬或蘇梅醬

胡椒粉1/8 茶匙
五香粉1/8 茶匙
沙律油1 湯

Yusheng w/ Salmon:
1/2 lb(220g)
shredded taro
green & red food color

4 oz(172g)(1 1/2 cups)
shredded radish
add 1 tsp sugar

4 1/2oz(127g)
(1 1/2 cups)
shredded carrots
1 1/2 oz(40g)
picked mustard
1/2 oz(15g)
pickled ginger
2 pieces
dried persimmon
(choose a soft one)
1 1/2 oz(70g)(1/3cup)pomelo meat
2 Tbsp roasted peanu
1 1/2 cups
chow mein wide noodles
1 Tbsp sesame seeds
10 oz(283g)salmon

Flavor:
1 Tbsp lemon juice
Duck sauce or
Plum sauce
1/2 cup to 1 cup
1/8 tsp white pepper 1/8 tsp
five spice powder
1 Tbsp salad oil
